Overview

​This course offers Project Management training in the context of the unique needs of NFP organisations. It teaches concrete, practical skills that can be applied immediately to NFP projects. This includes how to plan projects to achieve  outcomes, reduce delays and achieve an increased project success rate. It will also help you improve your ability to secure future funding by providing you with techniques to present your submissions. The syllabus will also enable you to improve the productivity of you and your staff by providing you with simple work tools and practical exercises to show you how to use them.
