As you may be aware, the Premier has announced that from midnight tonight new restrictions will be in place for Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Central Coast.
The Premier announced that all indoor settings, including places of worship, would revert back to the 4 square metre rule, with a cap of 300 people. The Minister for Health and Medical Research and the Premier also stated that all residents of Greater Sydney should be wearing masks at the present time, particularly in indoor settings such as a place of worship. Further details of the announcement are available at https://www.nsw.gov.au/media-releases/new-covid-19-restrictions-for-greater-sydney. The restrictions will be reviewed on 23 December.
The new Public Health Order is currently being made, therefore we will provide you with a specific update tomorrow once the new Public Health Order is available.
