CCANSW celebrates successful mid year conference & trade exhibition

The CCANSW long delayed conference and trade exhibition was finally held during the last week of May 2021 at the Crowne Plaza, Coogee Beach, with delegates and exhibitors from across New South Wales and beyond in attendance. It was a much anticipated opportunity to network with fellow cemeterians and participate in some interesting discussions about  topics of interest to all.

The CCANSW conference and trade exhibition is just over 4 weeks away.   If you have not already registered to attend this premier industry event, being held on 27 & 28 May 2021 at the Crowne Plaza Coogee, I encourage you to register today.

Excellent conference presentations, 20 trade exhibitors and opportunities to network with industry colleagues (109 people already registered to attend), will ensure all delegates benefit from attending.

The Cemeteries & Crematoria Association of NSW (CCANSW) invites you to the May 2021 Conference & Trade Exhibition being held at the Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach, Sydney. There are generous incentives for CCANSW full members to attend the conference and  the 2021 Trade Exhibition The conferfence features a full on program for the Thursday and Friday, and there'll be many networking opportunities.

The venue is the Crowne Plaza Hotel, at Coogee,  a beachside suburb of local government area City of Randwick 8 kilometres south-east of the Sydney central business district. Book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

The Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach offers an iconic beachside retreat in Sydney.  Boasting panoramic sea views, the hotel has been refurbished to reflect its coastal surroundings and is just steps from Coogee Bay.  It features an outdoor pool, on-site fitness centre and a choice of restaurants and bars.  Free WiFi is offered throughout the hotel.

To access the above rates, delegates are to book accommodation prior to Friday 23 April 2021. This rate is available up until Friday 23 April 2021 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.


Delegates are required to make their own travel arrangements to and from Coogee. Coogee is a beachside suburb of Sydney.

By car, Coogee is approximately 20 minutes from Sydney airport.


All sessions, including the dinners, are smart casual. No ties or coats are required.



Financial CCANSW Full Members receive one free conference registration.

For specific cost details, please refer to the Registration Form.

− Thursday Business Sessions: Include the Trade Exhibition, Thursday presentations, lunch, morning & afternoon tea and the CCANSW EGM and AGM.

If COVID dining restrictions are in place, dinner venues may be unable to cater for all conference attendees. Therefore, dining spaces will be allotted on receipt of your completed conference Attendance Registration Form. To avoid disappointment and reserve your place, I encourage you to complete and return your registration form ASAP.
